Turn key price to complete listing is $65,000 USD.
Includes: Legal, Administrative, Accounting, Documentation, Translation, Apostles & Notaria and Postal of correspondence (Delivery and Receipt of documents).
Time Frame
60 Days from engagement. The process may take additional time, however we will have such indications during the administrative process.
Steps to Complete Listing
Engage Mex-Trade (LEJC Sociedad Anonima)
Complete the engagement agreement and wire funds for listing services.
Initiate Listing Documentation
Mex-Trade will complete the necessary documentation and provide legal opinion, accompanying accounting documentation and complete notarization. You will need to follow proper instructions on receiving and sealing documentation when sent to you for appropriate signatures.
Exchange Q & A
Be available for Exchange questions, if and as they arise as final approval process on the exchange side. Our experience is that the more promptly questions are responded to, the faster the approval.
Approval for Listing
Upon approval introduction to proper sources between your organization and BMV will be made for communication. We will always be available for convenience in communication.
